Shipping and Delivery

Orders received by 12pm EST each day are processed "Best Method" and mailed Monday - Friday, except for holidays.

Domestic - USPS Mail Service: 2-7 Business days (For orders with over 5 items, we may ship via Fed-Ex Ground)
International - USPS International Mail Service: 7 - 14 Business days (depending on country)

Return Policy

Once you open a DVD, we can offer only credit for another DVD. Please verify your purchase before checking out. In general, you may return any DVD purchased only for the following two reasons:

1. We sent you the wrong title
2. The DVD is physically defective

Any other reasons we may not honor your refund request if a DVD has been opened.

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) must be requested within 2 weeks from the date that you ordered the film by submitting a support ticket at www.customerq.com. Once we receive the returned product or products, the credit card used for purchasing will be refunded the full amount, including shipping fees. If you make an return request after 2 weeks, we reserve the right to refuse a return.

If a DVD will not play in your DVD player, please try to play in your computer or another DVD player. If that DVD will not play in either, we can send you another DVD or you may return it for a refund. (Note: all DVDs on Cinema Indie are in the NTSC, not PAL, standard.) If you wish to have a copy of the product, please purchase it again.

No Re-Shipping Policy

In the event an item is returned to us as undeliverable, Cinema Indie will refund your order,including the shipping fees.
